When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, company if given, and the project information you share such as type, date, city, venue, approximate guests, budget indication and your description.
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, understand the project, prepare a proposal and stay in contact with you about it.
Enquiries are visible to the DT Events team. We may use ordinary service providers such as website hosting, database and email delivery services to operate the site and reach you. We do not sell your information.
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our client conversations, and can be removed on request.
Access to enquiry data is restricted to authorised DT accounts. No website or system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent through this website. Contact us using the details in the site footer.
